Crafters & vendors wanted. ALL Food and beverages will be sold by BYG Work Camp. Event sponsored by BYG Work Camp to raise funds for annual summer mission trip to rebuild homes in Central Appalachia.
BYG Work Camp reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on the activity being planned, the suitability for the event, the number of entries, and space available. No streamer poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or other similar items may be sold! Works of questionable taste will be removed at the discretion of the Committee.
Crafters & Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. All tables should be covered and we encourage you to provide an attractive display. Tents and/or canopies are permitted, and encouraged. Electricity is NOT available and generators are NOT permitted. Pre-show inspection of items and booths will be performed.
Setup time begins at 8:30 and should be complete by 10:00. Booths will operate from 10 AM until 8 PM and must be manned at all times. Vehicle may be parked in nearby parking area located at the Community Presbyterian Church. Trash must be removed from your space to provided receptacles. No Early Pack-up Allowed.
If you represent a commercial interest (such as Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Home & Garden Party) please specify the exact name of the commercial entity you represent. We will limit those representing a commercial interest to ONE vendor on a first come basis. If you FAIL to disclose your representation of a commercial interest, and a conflict arises on the date of the event, the properly registered representative will be allowed and the offending party will NOT have their fee refunded. If more than one application is received representing a commercial interest, the first application RECEIVED will be processed and any subsequent application will be returned along with the uncashed check.
All product types to be sold must be listed on application.
Vendors with items violating contract terms WILL BE asked to remove them.
